To Self-Publish...Or Nah?

There are many that feel that success is circumstantial. Not me. I think success is mostly about you and what you believe about you. Pursuing a dream is not for the faint of heart. I know it firsthand as I've been striving to achieve my dream of writing full-time. There will be those that tell you to give up and, if you believe that you don't have what it takes, you will give in to the pressure and give up. Success means believing until the end, believing even when no one else wants to. When you don't give up on yourself, your dreams become fail-proof.

Speaking of dreams, Legacy: G.L.O.W. is getting ever closer to publication! So thrilled, excited, and nervous to get this thing off the ground. Lately, there have been many days where I've asked myself, "What in the world are you doing? Are you crazy?" There are some that might say self-publishing is for those that have lost faith. I say it's because I have faith that I'm doing this. I have faith in the process, faith that I've given the submission process a more than fair shake and that it's time to look into another direction. It's because I have faith that I'm willing to try something different. I'm ready to succeed. I believe in me.
